Your venue in your pocket

Goovii Business is an app for owners and managers. It shows the same data as the dashboard, but briefly and on your phone: how much you made today, who is on shift, what is running low in stock and whether the register is fine. You sign in with the same email and password as the Goovii dashboard, and switch between venues with one tap.

Five tabs

• Today — revenue, receipts and profit compared with yesterday at the same hour, open checks, orders in progress and upcoming bookings.
• Shifts — open and closed shifts: who worked, sales, cash shortage or surplus, pay-ins, pay-outs and collections.
• Receipts — every receipt with items, discounts, bonus payments and what was removed from it.
• Sales — revenue and gross profit for a period, refunds, how guests pay, where orders come from, what earns the most and who sells.
• Stock — what has run out and how many days the rest will last; the “Order from suppliers” button drafts a purchase request you will see in the dashboard.

Push alerts that matter

You choose what to be notified about and set quiet hours. The app tells you when a shift closes with a cash shortage, when a cashier gives a manual discount, makes a refund or closes a check as a “staff mistake”, when an item is removed after it was sent to the kitchen, when the register is offline for 15 minutes or a shift is not opened on time. There are also PRRO alerts about offline mode, a shift without a Z-report and key expiry, new orders and bookings, bad guest reviews and the daily summary at 23:00.

Staff control

The control screen shows what cashiers removed from checks, cancelled, discounted or gave away on the house — and whether an item was removed at once or an hour after printing. Next to it: who is on shift now, how much salary has accrued and whether someone forgot to close a shift. The full history is in the dashboard's activity log.

Also in the app

• A monthly revenue target and a reminder at 18:00 if the day is behind.
• Orders and bookings: confirm a booking or cancel it if the guest will not come.
• Guest reviews and the bonus programme.
• Comparison of venues in a chain.
• App lock with Face ID, fingerprint or phone passcode.

For deeper analysis use the dashboard's statistics, and the AI assistant answers in plain words. The app is on Google Play; the iPhone version is in App Store review.
