Venue comparison
The "Venue comparison" report puts your locations side by side for the same period: revenue, refunds, cost of goods and its share, gross and net profit, number of receipts and average check. The figures match each venue's profit report, so you can instantly see which location drives the chain and which holds it back.
Shared guests and bonuses
With a single toggle, guests and bonuses can be shared across all your venues. Guests are recognized at any location by phone number or card, and bonuses are the same across the whole chain.
Menu copying
Opening a new location? Copy categories, products, recipe cards and modifiers from an existing venue. Copying again updates prices without creating duplicates, and after that each venue manages its own menu.
Franchise
The franchisor creates an invitation with the franchise name and royalty percentage, and the franchisee accepts it with their venue. The franchisor then sees the venue in full, but without the right to change anything, and gets a monthly royalty report: revenue minus refunds, multiplied by the percentage. Royalties are calculated from the day of acceptance, and the parties transfer the money to each other themselves. The franchise can be ended at any time — reports for past months remain.
Team access
You can give a manager, accountant or partner view-only access to a venue via their email: they see the reports but can't change anything. For staff at the register, there are roles and access rights.
