User agreement

User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the services and products developed and provided by ORIGAMMA LLC (EDRPOU Code: 45474436, Address: Ukraine, Vinnytsia, 32A Mykola Amosova Street, Phone: +38-063-300-02-22, Email: [email protected]), hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and is mandatory for all users (hereinafter — the “User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using any of the Goovii services or products, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and agree to its terms. 1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using Goovii services.

2. Services

2.1. The Company provides the User with access to Goovii software, services, and products for business process automation. 2.2. The specific functionality and scope of services may be changed by the Company without prior notice.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Certain services may require the registration of an account. 3.2. The User must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. 3.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Use of Services

4.1. The User agrees to use the services in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and this Agreement. 4.2. It is prohibited to:

  • use the services for illegal activities;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • distribute malicious software.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Company

5.1. The Company has the right to:

  • modify, update, or discontinue the operation of Goovii services;
  • restrict a User’s access in case of a violation of this Agreement;
  • send informational notifications to the User. 5.2. The Company undertakes to ensure the continuous operation of the services within its technical capabilities and to protect User data.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1. Some Goovii services are paid. Payment terms and tariffs are published on the Company’s official website. 6.2. Payment is considered confirmation of the User’s agreement with the terms of the selected tariff.

7. Liability

7.1. The User bears full responsibility for actions performed through their account. 7.2. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • improper use of the services;
  • interruptions caused by technical issues beyond the Company’s control;
  • actions of third parties.

8. Privacy

8.1. All User personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 8.2. The User consents to the processing of their data to the extent necessary for service provision.

9. Amendments to the Agreement

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. 9.2. The current version is always available on the official website or within Goovii services.
