With Goovii, just ask the assistant in your back office: "How much did we sell today?", "What are our best-selling items?", "Who are our best customers?". Answers are based on your venue's data — sales, inventory, staff, guests, orders and reservations.
What the assistant can do

Actions only with your confirmation
When the assistant suggests a change, it shows an action card, and nothing happens until you click "Confirm". Actions run with your permissions — the assistant can't do more than you can. The log shows everything the assistant changed over the last 7 days, and any change can be reverted.
Deliveries from an invoice photo
In an inventory delivery there's a "From photo" button: snap the paper invoice and the system fills in the lines itself. Matched items are highlighted green, uncertain ones yellow, and unrecognized ones red so you can pick them manually. The system checks the line total against the invoice's "Total", accounts for VAT and identifies the supplier. Invoices are first recognized without AI; if the lines can't be read, click "Recognize with AI".
