Your venue on your guest's phone
Goovii is a free app for guests. One account works in every Goovii venue: guests browse the menu, order, book a table and collect bonuses without installing a separate app for each cafe. For the venue it is one more sales channel and a way to bring guests back — with no development of your own.
What guests see
- Venue catalogue — search by name or city, “Open now” and “Nearby”, opening hours, call and directions.
- Menu with photos — the same as on the register: change a price in the dashboard and guests see it at once.
- Ordering without a queue — pickup or delivery at a chosen time; pay at the venue or online if the venue has enabled it.
- Table booking — day, time and number of guests.
- Wallet — bonuses, a personal discount and accrual history for each venue and chain.
- Purchases and receipts — all purchases and tax-service fiscal receipts in one place.
A QR for the register
The home screen shows a personal QR code. The guest shows it to the cashier, and the purchase with bonuses is recorded to them, even if they did not order in the app. The code refreshes itself and is valid for two minutes: it only identifies the guest and cannot be used to pay. Without internet the cashier scans the venue card — bonuses are still credited.
What the venue gets
- App orders reach the register just like website and QR menu orders, and then go to the kitchen.
- Bookings appear in the Bookings section — you assign a table when you confirm (more about bookings).
- Guests with bonuses and purchase history are in your customer base, and promotions and campaigns reach those who opted in.
- Order ratings appear in the dashboard and in the owner app.
How to turn it on
In the dashboard open Guests → Goovii app and choose what to allow: show the venue in the catalogue, accept orders, accept bookings. For “Nearby” search, set the venue's location on the map. Your own guests — those who already bought with a QR — always see their purchases and bonuses.
