Sales report by items (Products)
• What problem does it solve? Understand which items in your menu are “stars” and which are “dead weight.” This is the basis for menu optimization and profit increase.
• How to use it?

Go to “Statistics” → “Sales by Items.”

Generate a report for a long period (e.g., a month).

Sort the table by clicking the “Amount” column (to see top revenue items) or the “Quantity” column (to see the most frequently ordered items).
• How to make decisions (ABC analysis method):
o Group A (Top of the list): Your sales drivers. Make sure all ingredients are always available and their quality is impeccable.
o Group C (Bottom of the list): Items that hardly sell. Consider updating the recipe, running a promotion, or removing them from the menu to avoid keeping unused stock.
