Overall sales report

• What problem does it solve? Quickly assess the overall state of the establishment for any period. This is the main report for the owner and administrator. • How to use it?

  1. In the back office, go to “Statistics” → “Overall Report.”

  2. Select the desired period: today, yesterday, week, month, or custom dates.

• Key metrics and what to pay attention to:

o Revenue: Total amount of money received from sales.

o Number of receipts: Total number of sales transactions.

o Average check (Revenue / Number of receipts): One of the most important indicators. Compare it with previous periods. If the average check decreases, the staff may have stopped offering guests additional items (e.g., desserts or drinks).

o Cost and profit: If you maintain recipe cards, the system will show net profit.
