• What problem does it solve? Assess the performance of entire menu sections (“Coffee,” “Main Courses,” “Desserts”).

• How to use it? The report is usually presented as a chart, clearly showing which category generates the most revenue.

• What to pay attention to? If you see that the “Desserts” category contributes only 5% of revenue, consider training waitstaff to actively offer them to guests after the main course.
