Venue comparison
The Venue comparison report puts locations side by side for one period: revenue, refunds, cost and its share, gross and net profit, the number of receipts and the average check. The numbers are the same as in each venue’s profit report.
Shared guests and bonuses
With one switch, guests and bonuses can be shared by all venues. A guest is recognised at any location by phone number or card, and bonuses are the same for the whole chain. How to set up loyalty — in the article Setting up 3 types of loyalty programs.
Copying the menu to a new location
- Open the new venue in the dashboard.
- Copy categories, products, recipe cards and modifiers from an existing venue.
- Copying again updates prices and does not create duplicates; after that each venue changes its own menu.
Franchise
- In the Franchise section, the franchisor creates an invitation with the franchise name and the royalty percentage.
- The franchisee accepts it with their venue.
- The franchisor sees the venue in full, but without the right to change anything, and receives a monthly royalty report: revenue minus refunds, multiplied by the percentage.
Royalty is counted from the day of acceptance, and the parties transfer the money to each other themselves. The franchise can be ended at any time — the report for past months remains.
Access for the team
A manager, accountant or partner can be given view access to the venue by their email: they see reports but change nothing. For cash register staff — roles and access permissions. More on the Chains and Franchises page.
