How to turn on the guest app

Goovii is a free app for guests: a menu with photos, ordering without a queue, table booking and the bonuses of all Goovii venues in one account. For the venue it is included in the plan.

How to turn it on

1. In the dashboard, open Guests → Goovii app.
2. Turn on Show the venue in the catalogue — the venue will appear in the app’s search with its menu and promotions.
3. If you like, turn on Accept orders from the app — pickup and delivery; orders come to the cash register like website orders.
4. If you like, turn on Accept bookings from the app — the guest chooses the day, time and number of guests, and you assign the table when you confirm the booking.
5. For the “Nearby” search, set the venue’s location: coordinates or a Google Maps link.
6. Save.

How guests get bonuses

The guest has a personal QR code on the main screen of the app. The cashier scans it, and the purchase with bonuses is recorded to the guest. The code refreshes by itself and is valid for two minutes; it cannot be used to pay. Without internet, the cashier scans the venue card.

Good to know

• Your own guests — those who have already bought with the QR code — always see their purchases and bonuses, even if the venue is not shown in the catalogue.
• Online payment for orders is turned on by online payment.
