Export data to BAS for your accountant

An Excel file for your accountant for any period: daily sales with VAT, payments, refunds, supplies, write-offs and the product catalog — ready to import into BAS.

Give your accountant a ready file, not a pile of reports

At the end of the month, the accountant asks for sales, payments, supplies and write-offs — and someone at the venue spends hours copying numbers from different reports into a spreadsheet. Goovii does it with one button: “Export to BAS”. The file is generated for the selected period and imported into BAS the standard way.

What goes into the file

  • Daily sales with VAT — revenue for each day of the period.
  • Payments — broken down by payment method.
  • Refunds — what was refunded to guests and for how much.
  • Supplies — deliveries from suppliers to the inventory.
  • Write-offs — everything written off from inventory during the period.
  • Product catalog — the list of products and ingredients.

The same numbers as in your dashboard

The figures in the file are the same as on the Goovii dashboard screens: in statistics, financial accounting and inventory reports. No need to figure out why the export doesn’t match a report — there’s a single source of data.

How to import into BAS

  1. In the Goovii dashboard, open “Export to BAS”, select a period and click “Download Excel”.
  2. Send the file to your accountant.
  3. In BAS, the accountant imports it via “Import from spreadsheet document”.

Once the file is generated, you see how many rows it contains — a quick check that the right period was selected.

Who it’s for

The export is useful for venues whose accounting is handled by an accountant in BAS — cafes and restaurants on the general tax system or sole proprietors (FOP) who file reports through accounting software, as well as chains, where each location is exported separately.
