Setting Roles and Access Permissions

This is a key feature for security.

  1. Go to “Staff” → “Roles.”

  2. Create roles, for example:

  • Cashier: Access only to the POS app.
  • Administrator: Access to the POS, reports, and back-office settings.
  • Accountant: Access only to financial reports.
  1. For each role, check the allowed actions (e.g., cashiers cannot process refunds without an administrator password).

  2. Assign the created roles to each employee.
