Setting Roles and Access Permissions
This is a key feature for security.

Go to “Staff” → “Roles.”

Create roles, for example:
- Cashier: Access only to the POS app.
- Administrator: Access to the POS, reports, and back-office settings.
- Accountant: Access only to financial reports.

For each role, check the allowed actions (e.g., cashiers cannot process refunds without an administrator password).

Assign the created roles to each employee.
