How to set up a venue website

The venue website in Goovii is built from the same menu as the cash register and the QR menu: change a price or hide a dish, and it changes everywhere. No separate contractor and no manual updates are needed.

Step 1. Design

  1. In the dashboard, open Website.
  2. Set the website address — name.goovii.com.
  3. Add a logo, a brand colour and the default language.
  4. For the main screen, choose a full-width cover or text with dishes, add a gallery of up to 12 photos, an “About the venue” section, contacts and social networks.
  5. If you like, add an announcement above the header — for example, “Free delivery from 500 ₴”.

The preview shows the website on a phone and a computer before you save.

Step 2. Delivery and pickup

Set the minimum order amount, the delivery cost, the free delivery threshold, the delivery time and area. To let guests pay right away, connect online payment.

Step 3. Google search

  • Set the website title and description for search and an image for links in Telegram, Viber or Facebook.
  • Fill in the venue card for Google: venue type, cuisine, price level and the point on the map.
  • Verify the website in Google Search Console with a code from the dashboard — or hide it from search engines while it is being prepared.

Where orders go

A website order goes to the cash register and the kitchen screen. The courier is assigned at the cash register, where “left” and “delivered” are also marked. More on the Venue Website page.
