How to print price tags
Price tags in Goovii are built straight from the product cards: the name, price and barcode are taken from the same data the cash register sells by. You do not need to copy prices by hand.
How to print
- In the dashboard, open Price tags.
- Select the products you need.
- For each, set the number of copies — for example, one for the shelf and one for the stockroom.
- Choose the label size.
- Click Make PDF.
- Print the file on a regular A4 sheet on any printer — on plain paper or on a sheet of self-adhesive labels.
Three sizes
- Small, 52×30 mm — for a shelf with many small products.
- Medium, 70×37 mm — universal for most displays.
- Large, 105×74 mm — for promotional products and items that must be noticed from afar.
Barcode and weighed products
- If the product card has a barcode, it is printed on the price tag — the cashier scans it just like a factory label. How to fill in the card — in the article How to add a product.
- For weighed products, the price tag shows the price per 1 kg.
As soon as the price is changed in the dashboard, a new price tag can be printed in a minute. More on the Price Tag Printing page.
