Price tags without manual typing
When prices change, someone has to rewrite the tags on the display. Doing it by hand takes ages, and in a text editor it's easy to mistype a price or mix up products. In Goovii, price tags are generated directly from product cards: the name, price and barcode come from the same data your POS uses to sell.
How it works
- In your back office, open "Price tags" and select the products you need.
- Set the number of copies for each — for example, one for the shelf and one for the stockroom.
- Choose a label size and click "Generate PDF".
The finished file prints on a regular A4 sheet on any printer — on plain paper or on a sheet of self-adhesive labels.
Three sizes
- Small, 52×30 mm — for shelves with lots of small items.
- Medium, 70×37 mm — a versatile size for most displays.
- Large, 105×74 mm — for promotional items and products that need to stand out from a distance.
Barcodes and goods sold by weight
If the product card has a barcode, it's printed on the tag — the cashier scans it just like a factory label. For goods sold by weight, the tag shows the price per 1 kg, so customers instantly see what a kilogram costs.
Who it's for
Price tag printing is handy for shops, bakeries with a display case, cafes selling coffee beans and desserts to go, and anyone who updates prices often. As soon as a price is changed in the back office, a new tag can be printed in a minute.
