How to move your menu and guests from Poster

How to move data from Poster to Goovii

You do not need to retype the menu, recipe cards and guest base: in the Goovii dashboard, the move from Poster runs with an access key. Poster stays untouched — Goovii only reads data from it.

Step 1. Get the key in Poster

In Poster, open Access → Integrations → Personal integration and copy the access key.

Step 2. Start the move in Goovii

1. In the Goovii dashboard, open Move from Poster.
2. Paste the access key and check it — the dashboard will show what it found in Poster.
3. Choose what to move and which Poster location to take prices from.
4. Start the move.

What is moved

• the menu and products, dishes with recipe cards and semi-finished products;
• ingredients together with warehouse stock;
• guests, their groups and bonuses.

The currency stays the same — prices are moved without conversion.

After the move

• Look at the report: what was created, what already existed and was skipped, and what could not be moved and why.
• The move can be run again — what was already moved is not duplicated, only new items are added.
• Install the cash register — it will load the menu by itself. Next — first login to the cash register.
