2. First login to the cash register

🖥 First Login to the Cash Register in Goovii

To access the cash register, open the Goovii POS application or use the web version of the register.

Step 1. Entering the venue token

After opening the cash register, a form will appear where you need to enter the venue token. This is a unique code of your establishment.

Where to find the token?

• Go to the admin panel
• Open the “My Venues” section
• Click the token copy button
• Paste it into the cash register field

Step 2. Selecting a cash register

If you have multiple cash registers, select the one you want to log into.

Step 3. Entering the PIN code

Next, enter the 4-digit employee PIN code.

• Default PIN: 0000
• You can change the PIN in “Employees → Staff”

Important: each employee working with the cash register must have their own individual PIN code. Do not share it with others for security reasons 🔐

Step 4. Opening a shift

Before starting work, enter the initial cash amount and click “Open Shift”.

After that, the shift will be opened and you will enter the main cash register interface ✅
