Goovii Business app for owners

Goovii Business shows the owner and the manager the key facts about the venue on the phone: revenue, shifts, receipts, sales and stock, and sends push notifications about what matters.

Getting started

1. Install Goovii Business from Google Play. The iPhone version is under review in the App Store.
2. Log in with the same email and password as in the Goovii dashboard.
3. If you have several venues, choose the one you need — you switch between them with one tap.

Five tabs

• Today — revenue, receipts and profit, compared with yesterday at the same hour.
• Shifts — who worked, sales, shortage or surplus in the cash drawer.
• Receipts — every receipt with items, discounts and what was removed.
• Sales — revenue and gross profit for the period, payment methods, who sells.
• Stock — what has run out and how many days the rest will last; the “Order from suppliers” button.

Set up notifications

1. Open the app settings.
2. Turn on the push types you need: a shift closed with a shortage, refunds, manual discounts, a cash register offline, PRRO, the daily summary at 23:00 and others.
3. Set quiet hours — during this time the app will not disturb you.

The app can be locked with Face ID, a fingerprint or the phone passcode. More on the Goovii Business app for owners page.
