Food Delivery with Your Own Couriers

Deliver website orders with your own couriers: assign them at the POS, track "out for delivery" and "delivered" statuses, and get a delivery report with average travel time.

Your own delivery without extra apps

In-house delivery is cheaper than aggregators, but it needs order: who is taking the order, has the courier left, how many deliveries were made today and how long they take. Often this all relies on chats and the manager's memory. In Goovii, delivery with your own couriers is part of the POS and the venue website.

Where orders come from

Guests place delivery orders on the venue website: the minimum order amount, delivery fee, free delivery above a set amount and the delivery zone are all configured in the back office. The order goes straight to the POS and the kitchen display, and the guest can pay online and track its status.

Couriers at the POS

  1. The manager opens the delivery order card and assigns a courier.
  2. When the courier picks up the order, staff mark it "Left" at the POS — the status becomes "Courier on the way".
  3. After delivery — "Delivered".

So at any moment you can see which orders are still in the kitchen, which are on the way and which have already been delivered.

Courier list and report

Couriers are added in the back office with a name and phone number. The "Deliveries for the period" report shows, for each courier, how many orders they delivered, their total value and how many minutes on average they spent on the road. This helps you pay couriers fairly and spot where deliveries are delayed. A courier who has left can be marked as such without losing their delivery history.

Where do delivery orders come from?

From the venue website in Goovii: the guest chooses delivery, and the order goes straight to the POS and the kitchen display.

Can I see how much each courier delivered?

Yes. The "Deliveries for the period" report shows the number and value of delivered orders and the average travel time for each courier.

Can I set a minimum order amount and delivery fee?

Yes. In the website settings you set the minimum order amount, delivery fee, free delivery above a set amount, and delivery hours and zone.

What hardware does the Goovii POS run on?

The POS runs on Android tablets and smartphones, Windows computers and iOS. You can connect receipt printers via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as well as bank POS terminals. The number of POS stations is unlimited and doesn't affect the price.
