3. Cashier registration

Find form №5-PRRO

Note: tax authorities may change form codes, so it is best to search by number or full name.
“Notification of providing information about qualified/enhanced public key certificates used in PRRO form №5-PRRO”

Fill in:

• Enter cashier full name and tax ID — e.g. “First cash register key”
• Tax number of your sole proprietorship or company
• Key identifier — copy from admin panel (as shown in video)
• Signature type — senior cashier
Senior cashier — can close not only their shifts but also other cashiers’ shifts

Then:

Check → Save → Sign → Submit

Wait for confirmation.

Fiscalization

Return to admin panel:

• Click “Fiscalize”
• Select point of sale
• Select cash register
• Toggle the switch and press “Fiscalize”

After this, you can assign your sole proprietor or company to tech cards and products for further work.
