2. PRRO (cash register) registration

Find form №1-PRRO

(for sole proprietors — F1316605, for legal entities — J1316605)

Note: tax authorities may change form codes, so it is best to search by number or full name.
“Application for registration of a software-based cash register system”

Click “Create” and fill in:

• Action — Registration
• Object identifier (KOATUU/KATOTTG) — select from list

• PRRO type — stationary / mobile / self-service / online store
• PRRO name — e.g. “Cash Register #1”
• Local number — sequential number of cash registers (e.g. 1)

- Do not fill in the fiscal number — it is assigned by the tax authority after registration.

• In item 5 select “Active” (so PRRO continues working even without internet)

Then: Check → Save → Sign → Submit

The tax authority will send 1 receipt:
• Confirmation of acceptance and registration of the cash register.
