How to register a point of sale in the taxpayer’s cabinet
Open the admin panel and go to the “Software POS” tab. Click “Add organization”.
In the window that appears, select your organization’s digital signature key. In some cases, certificate installation may be required. Then enter your key password.
Next, select letter “A” and click “Read”. If everything is correct, your organization information will appear. Click “Add” to save it.
Now go to the taxpayer’s cabinet.
To log in: in the “File key” section choose the certification authority, upload your key file, enter the password, and click “Read”. If correct, click “Login”.
Registering a point of sale
In the “Reporting” section find form №20-OPP — declaration of taxable objects.
• Note: tax forms may change, so search by number or full name.
“Declaration of taxable objects or objects related to taxation or through which activities are carried out”
• If you already submitted it before — no need to submit again.
Click “Create”
Form filling:
• Information code — 1 for a new object
• Object type — depends on business (e.g. cafe — 247)
• Object name — can be edited
• Object ID — type + serial number (e.g. 24700001)
• Address — actual location
• Territorial community code — select by address
• Object name field — optional
Next:
• Object status:
8 — rent
2 — ownership
• Ownership type:
1 — ownership
7 — long-term rent
• Field (16) — mark if reporting is in a different tax region
Then: “Check” → “Save” → sign with digital key → send
Receipts:
• №1 — validation result
• №2 — confirmation of registration of the point of sale
