📅 Reservations in Goovii POS

Table reservations in Goovii POS are created directly through the Terminal, allowing you to control hall occupancy and efficiently serve guests.

This process helps to:

  • Reduce customer waiting time;
  • Plan staff workload;
  • Easily track reservation statuses;
  • Keep reservation history for analytics.

📝 How to create a reservation

Step 1. Go to the reservations section

  1. Open the Goovii POS Terminal.
  2. Go to the “Reservations” section.
  3. In this section you can view reservation statuses:
    • All – shows all reservations;
    • Pending – reservations not yet confirmed;
    • Confirmed – confirmed reservations;
    • Canceled – canceled reservations.

Step 2. Create a new reservation

  1. Click “+ New Reservation”.
  2. Fill in the required information:
    • Customer name – full name or surname;
    • Customer phone number – for reservation confirmation;
    • Date and time – select exact date and time;
    • Number of guests – how many people will arrive;
    • Floor and hall – choose the hall or floor for the reservation;
    • Select the table assigned to the reservation;
    • Optionally add a note (e.g., “High chair” or “Window with panoramic view”).
  3. Click “Create reservation” to save the information.

Step 3. After creating the reservation

  • The reservation will appear in the list with the corresponding status.
  • You can edit or cancel it at any time.
  • All reservations are automatically integrated with the hall plan, preventing double bookings.
