💸 Expense Report

The Expense Report allows you to view all financial transactions of type “Expense” for a selected period.

This report is used to control business expenses, analyze financial load, and plan budgets.

📋 What data does the report include?

  • # — transaction number
  • Date — date of the expense
  • Category — expense category (e.g. Suppliers, Advance, etc.)
  • Amount — deducted amount
  • Account — account from which the expense was made
  • Comment — additional information about the transaction (if any)
  • createdBy — employee who created the transaction

  • Financial expense control
  • Analysis of expense structure by categories
  • Employee responsibility tracking
  • Preparation for accounting reports

  • Data accuracy depends on correctly created categories
  • It is recommended to always add a comment for easier tracking
