Printing and placement of QR codes
🖨️ Printing and Placement of QR Codes
After generating QR codes in the QR Menu → Generate section, you download an archive with files to your computer. These files are then sent to a print shop for printing.
The system already creates ready-made individual codes for each table, so no additional editing is required.
1️⃣ Main placement rule
Each QR code is unique:
- Code for Table #1 must be placed only on Table #1
- Code for Table #2 — only on Table #2
- And so on
⚠️ If codes are mixed up, guest orders will open on the wrong tables.
2️⃣ Table numbering reminder
The table number in the system is based on the order of creation, not the name you manually entered.
For example:
- First created table = Table #1
- Second created table = Table #2
Even if you named it “VIP 5”, the system may treat it as Table #3 if it was created third.
Therefore, always verify numbering before printing.
3️⃣ After printing
Before placing QR codes in the venue:
- Scan several codes.
- Check that the correct table opens.
- Make sure everything works properly.
Only after that place the codes on tables.
⚠️ Important
A QR code is a direct link between the guest and a specific table in the system. If codes are placed correctly — orders, analytics, and accounting will work properly.
