6. Transfer

🔄 Transfer of goods between warehouses in Goovii

The “Transfer” feature allows you to move goods from one warehouse to another with automatic stock updates. This is convenient if you need to transfer products, for example, from the main warehouse to a bar or kitchen 📦

How to create a transfer

To perform a product transfer, go to the section:

Inventory → Transfer

In the top right corner, click the “Add” button.

Filling in transfer details

In the window that opens, you need to specify:

• Date and time — the transfer date and time
• From warehouse — source warehouse
• To warehouse — destination warehouse
• Comment — add a note if needed

Adding products

For each item, specify:

• Product name
• Quantity

After filling in all the data, click “Create”.

What happens after creation

• The specified quantity of goods is automatically deducted from the source warehouse
• The goods are automatically added to the destination warehouse
• Stock levels in both warehouses are updated
