Inventory Counting 🕵️‍♀️ in Goovii

The “Inventory counting” feature allows you to reconcile actual stock levels with system data, identify surpluses or shortages, and automatically adjust them.

How to start inventory counting

In the admin panel main menu go to: Warehouse → Inventory counting

Click “Add” and fill in the main fields:

  • Warehouse — select the warehouse where the check is performed (e.g. Main, Kitchen, Bar).
  • Date/time — you can choose:
    • Current date and time (stock is fixed at the moment of counting)
    • Past date (if inventory was conducted earlier)
  • Inventory type:
    • Full — for all products in the warehouse
    • Partial — only for selected items (choose required products)

After filling in the data, click “Create” — the document will be saved as a draft.

Entering actual stock

Find the document in the list, click three lines → Edit. Enter the actual quantity for each item — the system will automatically show the difference between actual and system stock.

Completing inventory counting

After verification click “Complete inventory counting”. The system will automatically:

  • Write off shortages and record surpluses
  • Create corresponding reports
  • Update warehouse stock levels

Goovii ensures accurate stock control and simplifies the inventory process, reducing the risk of errors.
