Goovii Account Registration

To start using the Goovii system, you need to create an account.

Step 1. Go to the website

Go to the official Goovii website and open the registration form via this link https://sign.goovii.com/register.

Step 2. Fill in the registration form

Please fill in the following fields:

• First name
• Last name
• Email (e.g. [email protected])
• Phone number (+380)
• Company
• Promo code (if available)
• Account type:
  • Business
  • Supplier
• Password
• Confirm password

Important: choose the correct account type. Business and supplier accounts have different functionality.

After filling in the form, tick “I agree to the terms of use” and click “Register”.

Step 3. Email confirmation

After clicking register, a confirmation code will be sent to your email address.

Enter the received code in the required field to complete registration.

Creating and activating a venue in Goovii

After confirming your email code, you need to create your first venue in the system.

Step 1. Fill in venue details

Enter the following information:

• Company name
• Company description
• Venue type
• Country
• Phone number
• Currency
• City / settlement
• Venue address
• Working hours

Click “Next” after filling in all fields.

You will then be redirected to the admin panel. Note: the venue is not yet active.

Step 2. Activate the venue

Go to the “My Venues” section.

Status is shown as a circle indicator:

• Green — venue is active
• Red — venue is inactive

If the status is red, simply click it. It will turn green after clicking.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully registered and activated your venue in Goovii.
