📲 How to generate a QR code for tables?

The QR menu allows guests to open the menu and interact with the venue on their own. However, before generating codes, the system must be properly prepared.

⚠️ Important before generating QR codes

To integrate QR codes into your venue, you must first create tables in the section:

Admin panel → Venue layout

Each QR code is generated individually for each table and linked specifically to it.

Critically important:

  • Each generated code is unique.
  • The code for Table 1 must be placed on Table 1 only.
  • The code for Table 2 — only on Table 2.

Reminder about table numbering

The table number in the system is based on its creation order, not the name you enter manually.

For example:

  • First created table = Table #1
  • Second created table = Table #2

Even if you name it “Table 9”, the system still considers it the number assigned during creation.

This is important to avoid confusion when printing and placing QR codes.

🛠 How to generate QR codes

Step 1. Go to the generation section

In the admin panel, open:

QR MENU → Generate

Step 2. Customize QR code appearance

Before downloading, you can fully customize the design.

1️⃣ Choose QR code type:

  • Rounded
  • Dots
  • Square
  • Other style options

2️⃣ Choose code color

Use the color palette to match your brand style.

🎨 Additional customization options

You can configure:

  • Corner squares — shape and color
  • Corner dots — shape and color
  • Background — change QR background color
  • Logo:
    • Upload logo image
    • Adjust size
    • Set margins

This allows the QR code to match your brand identity.

Step 3. Download codes

After finishing settings, click “Download”.

QR codes will be automatically downloaded separately for each table.

Files will indicate which code belongs to which table.

⚠️ Important

  • Use each QR code strictly for its assigned table.
  • Do not swap codes between tables.
  • Double-check numbering before printing.

Correct placement ensures proper functioning of menus, orders, and analytics.
