Integration of a Bank POS Terminal with GOOVII POS

Integration of a bank POS terminal with GOOVII POS allows automating the process of accepting card payments. After connection, the cashier can initiate payments directly from the system, and the payment status is automatically displayed in GOOVII POS.

Step 1. Login to GOOVII POS

• Open GOOVII POS.
• Log in using the employee PIN code.

Step 2. Open Terminal Settings

• Click the menu (☰) in the top right corner.
• Select “POS Terminal”.

The bank terminal settings window will open.

Step 3. Get Terminal IP Address

Before connecting, you need to find the terminal IP address:

• Open terminal settings.
• Go to “Network information”.
• Find the IP address field.
• Copy or save the address.

Step 4. Connection Setup

IP Address

Enter the terminal IP address obtained in the previous step.

Port

Available ports:

• 2000
• 3000

The port depends on terminal configuration.

Terminal Type

Select the bank or processing center:

• PrivatBank
• A-Bank
• Oschadbank / PUMB (as listed system-wise)
• SSI

Step 5. Connect Terminal

• Click the “+” button to add a terminal.
• Click “Connect”.

If the settings are correct and the device is available on the network, the system will establish a connection with the terminal.

Working with Integrated Terminal

1. When closing a bill, select “Card payment”.
2. The system automatically sends the amount to the terminal.
3. The terminal displays a payment request.
4. The customer completes the payment.
5. The system automatically receives the payment result.

Important

For correct operation, the terminal and the GOOVII POS device must be in the same local network. If the terminal is unavailable or incorrectly configured, the system will not be able to establish a connection or process payments.
