📉 Write-off Statistics
Write-off statistics allow you to monitor written-off products, reasons for write-offs, and their impact on inventory and finances.
🔍 What the report includes
- #ID — unique write-off operation number
- Date — date and time of the write-off
- Employee — who performed the write-off
- Warehouse — warehouse from which items were written off
- Reason — reason for write-off (spoilage, use in preparation, etc.)
- Quantity of items — number of items written off
- Total amount — total value of written-off items
- totalPrice — financial value of the write-off
📌 Why it’s useful
This report helps to:
- monitor product write-offs and their reasons;
- analyze financial losses;
- prevent incorrect write-offs;
- maintain transparent warehouse accounting;
- evaluate staff performance and control expenses.
The report is available in the Goovii admin panel under “Statistics”.
