Returns statistics allow you to monitor refunds to customers and analyze their impact on the establishment’s finances.


🔍 What the report includes

  • Ticket number — the order number associated with the refund
  • Payment type — cash or cashless
  • Employee — who processed the refund
  • Refund amount — the sum returned to the customer

📌 Why it’s useful

This report helps to:

  • monitor all refunds;
  • analyze the impact of refunds on revenue;
  • prevent errors in financial accounting;
  • evaluate staff performance.

The report is available in the Goovii admin panel under “Statistics”.
