Returns statistics allow you to monitor refunds to customers and analyze their impact on the establishment’s finances.
🔍 What the report includes
- Ticket number — the order number associated with the refund
- Payment type — cash or cashless
- Employee — who processed the refund
- Refund amount — the sum returned to the customer
📌 Why it’s useful
This report helps to:
- monitor all refunds;
- analyze the impact of refunds on revenue;
- prevent errors in financial accounting;

The report is available in the Goovii admin panel under “Statistics”.
