Customer statistics allow you to analyze guest activity and payment behavior. The report helps you understand which customers generate the main revenue and make informed decisions about service quality and loyalty programs.


🔍 What the statistics include

The report displays the following data:

  • First name — customer’s first name;
  • Last name — customer’s last name;
  • Phone — customer’s contact number;
  • Cash — total cash payments;
  • Card — total card payments;
  • Revenue — total income generated by the customer;
  • Receipts — number of purchases made;
  • Average check — average amount spent per order.

📌 Why it’s useful

Customer statistics help to:

• identify loyal and high-value customers; • analyze guest payment behavior; • evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty programs; • personalize offers and improve customer experience.

The report is available in the Goovii admin panel under the “Statistics” section and is generated automatically based on POS terminal data.
