Loyalty program settings

Goovii also allows you to create flexible systems to reward customers.

1. In the back office, go to “Marketing” → “Loyalty Programs.”

2. Choose the type of program:

• Bonus (cashback): The customer receives a percentage of each purchase as bonus points in their account (e.g., 5%). Accumulated bonuses can be used to pay for future orders.
  

• Discount: The customer receives a fixed discount on all or specific product categories.
  

3. Set the conditions and click “Activate.”
