Creating and managing the customer database

Adding a customer: The easiest way is directly at the checkout during payment. The cashier can ask for the customer’s phone number and add it to the system.

Viewing the database: In the back office under “Customers,” you can see the full list of your guests, their order history, accumulated bonuses, and visit frequency.

Segmentation: Use filters to segment customers (e.g., “those who haven’t visited in over a month,” “those celebrating a birthday this week”) for targeted offers.
