Taxes Section in Goovii

The Taxes section allows you to configure tax accounting in the POS system and view the default tax groups used by the system.


📍 What the section contains

By default, the system includes standard tax groups. Each group contains the following information:

  • Name – the name of the tax group;
  • VAT – value-added tax rate;
  • Excise – excise tax rate (if applicable);
  • Tax program – the selected tax program used for accounting.

➕ Adding a new tax program

If you need to add your own tax program:

  1. Click «Add» in the Taxes section.

  2. Fill in the form:

    • Name of the tax program
    • VAT rate
    • Excise rate (if applicable)
  3. Confirm your agreement with responsibility according to tax legislation.

  4. Click «Save» – the tax program will be added to the system.


⚠️ Important to know

  • Without configured tax groups, the POS terminal will not be able to generate receipts correctly.
  • All tax programs must comply with the current legislation of your country.
