Accounts Section in Goovii

The Accounts section allows you to view all financial accounts created in the system and monitor their current status. It contains key information needed for daily financial management.


📍 Where to find the section

In the Goovii admin panel, go to Finance → Accounts.


📊 What information is displayed

The accounts list shows the following details:

  • Account name — the name of the account (cash desk, safe, bank account, terminal, etc.);

  • Type — legal status of the account (Sole Proprietor, LLC, Individual);

  • Currency — the currency used for accounting;

  • VAT* — indicates whether VAT is applied to this account;

  • Payment type — cash or card;

  • Balance — the current balance of the account.

  • VAT is displayed only for accounts where it was enabled during creation.
