Registration

Account Registration

  1. Go to goovii.com and click Try Goovii.

  2. Fill out the registration form with your details (first name, last name, email, phone number, company name, and create a password).

  3. A confirmation code will be sent to your email. Enter it in the verification window.

Creating an establishment:

  1. Name: Enter the full name of your establishment, e.g., “Coffee Shop ‘Cozy’” or “Restaurant ‘European’.”
  2. Description: Add a short description, such as a slogan or clarification, e.g., “A cozy place for breakfast and lunch.”
  3. Type of establishment: Click this field and select the type that best matches your business (e.g., cafe, bar, restaurant, store, etc.).
  4. Phone number: Enter the main contact number of your establishment that customers can use.
  5. City / Village: Start typing the name of your locality.
  6. Address: Enter the full address: street and building number (necessary for correct display on receipts).

Note: The fields Country, Currency, and Time Zone are pre-filled automatically, but you can change them if needed.

  1. Set up working hours:
  • For each weekday (Monday to Sunday), toggle the switch on the right to activate it (it will turn purple).
  • After activating the day, two fields appear: enter the opening time (e.g., 09:00) in the first field and the closing time (e.g., 21:00) in the second field.
  • Repeat for all working days. If you have a day off, leave the toggle for that day inactive (gray).
